H. Bandopadhya, Kolkata: Paradise at Ivytop
Our association with ivytop dates back to the year 1996. Need to quote Wordsworth (Yarrow Unvisited) to describe the qualities of this place as
Fair scenes for childhood's opening bloom,
For sportive youth to stray in,
For manhood to enjoy his strength,
And age to wear away in!
Mr Ghildyal (owner - forester ) is a wonderful person THE SPOT IS A PARADISE ON EARTH the staff are the spirit of service personified and the ambience is unbelievably pleasant.

Jalyatra: An uneven but important journey Jalyatra is a welcome addition to the literature on water systems in India, and one hopes that it once again brings attention to the traditional systems and the key principles behind them, writes Shripad Dharmadhikary. |
